Alex and Alyssa are close cousins and they decided to share their big weekend together for double the fun. We started out with a great portrait session on Friday at Bet Shalom before their evening service. Both families we’re a blast to work with and we got some wonderful photos.
Saturday evening they celebrated with a big party at Chateau Medicine Lake in Plymouth. Lauren from Event Lab had the place wonderfully decorated and ready to go. We captured a few family photos before guests arrived and then it was time to party. Ross and the gang from A-list were on hand to keep things moving on the dance floor. Suzanne the Magician was roving the party, entertaining guests and off in the corner there was the 12 Hand’s wax hands booth and tattoos. There was lots to do and great food, too. After dinner there was video of Alex and Alyssa growing up. Then Alyssa’s brother, Jared, got up and gave a fun, little speech. Jack, Alex’s brother was next with his presentation. The evening started winding down with a celebration Hora. It was great to see the adults joining in on the dance floor action. The fabulous dessert table was opened up and then it was time for me to say good night.
