It was a pleasure to help capture Iris’ bat mitzvah celebration recently. She’s a lovely young lady who’s gotten a little taller since the last time I photographed her at her brother’s bar mitzvah. We did portraits in the morning with her family and then I hung around Shir Tikvah to photograph the morning service. Iris did a fantastic job helping to lead services as friends and family looked on. Then we gathered afterwards for an intimate party at Brookview Community Center for good food, conversation, s’mores by the fire and more. It was a wonderful day.
